Hampton Roads Photo Booth Rental

How Does it Work

“Okay… we’re interested. What’s the deal, yo?”

Once you submit your booking request, we’ll send you an agreement to review and sign. 1/3 of your payment is due as a retainer to hold the date, and the balance is due 7 days before your event.

On the day of your wedding, we’ll arrive an hour and a half before the scheduled start time to set everything up. We’ll bring an 8x8’ vertical, white backdrop, a couple of light stands, and, of course, our super awesome totally great photographer. We’ll grab a hapless bartender or event coordinator and take a few shots to calibrate the lighting. After that, we’re ready to roll for the rest of the night.

As the night begins, people will be very shy about the booth. Because of that, we encourage clients to make room for the booth near the bar – that way, as the line for drinks begins to grow, people will kill time by posing for the booth!

Throughout the night, our photographer will encourage passers-by to stop and take photos. But the photographer will typically be busy taking photographs. So it’s important that you ask your DJ or band to remind people to stop by the booth throughout the night to make sure you get plenty of images.

As the night progresses, once the alcohol has worked its magic on your guests, the Wedding Booth will likely become the featured attraction at your reception. To keep the guests moving, we’ll quickly take their photograph, then provide each guest with a card that lets them login to an online gallery to view and purchase any of the photos they’d like. (Don’t worry: you’ll have the ability to go in before everyone else to hide any images of Uncle Larry with his shirt off.)

After your wedding, it’s time to share the images! We’ll send you a link to download web-friendly copies of all your images, which are resized and optimized for you to upload to facebook, myspace, etc. And if your package includes a disc of high resolution images, we’ll mail that to you within two weeks of your wedding date.
